Funnel Builder 101 Courses
There are twelve courses in the Funnel Builder 101 program. Start at the top and work your way down. Each course provides fundamental information about an important aspect of Sales Funnel Management. The courses are short and easy to read.
Course 1. The Sales Cycle. A Sales Cycle is a progressive step-by-step relationship between a Buyer and a Seller for the purpose of completing a transaction.
Course 2. Sales Funnel. The Sales Funnel is a collection of sales cycles. A sales person operates a sales funnel. A company's sales funnel is the combination of all of its sales people.
Course 3. Market Profiles. Four Market Profiles create a company's target markets. These Market Profiles are Non-Customer, First Time Buyers, Customers and Loyal Customers.
Course 4. Revenue Stream. A Revenue Stream is a specific source of revenue that generates consistent sales cycles. It can be organized within a company, channel, industry or region.
Course 5. Lead Generation. Lead Generation activities create sales cycles from a target market. Common lead generation methods are telemarketing, direct mail, email marketing, referrals and word-of-mouth.

Course 11. Stages of Change. Understanding customer behavior is essential to every company of every type and size. The Transtheoretical Model of Change identifies psychological processes people undergo and stages they reach as they adopt new behaviors.
